Aromatherapy for the study and for the gym
We use our brain in order to study exactly as the athlete uses his muscles. For both it is the training that brings increases in power and resistance. Muscles grow by using them and the same is true for the memory and for the ability of concentration, but to intensely use our brain studying or working provokes mental fatigue, exactly as physical effort causes tiredness to our body.
The aromas of rosemary, mint, grapefruit and of other essential oils that compose “Mental Sport” stimulate the intellectual functions and the memory and favour mental lucidity. On the body, the same essences strengthen blood circulation and the muscular mass. In the first case they act through their aroma, in the second with their very substance when it is absorbed by the body.
In fact the aromas of the plants are molecules elaborated by living beings and their vital energy acts on our body and on our mind with an identical action. This argument is a bit philosophical but is essential to an holistic explanation of these facts that would remain otherwise not understandable. Clearly in a plant, as in a human being, there is much more than pure chemistry. Therefore the essences that compose “Mental-sport” allow us to use this perfume in order to study, thanks to their psycho-active properties that stimulate the left (rational) part of the brain, and also for the sport in the gym or in open air (see how to use below). Obviously it will not be necessary to massage the student with “Mental-sport” in order to prepare him to mental work, it will be enough to diffuse one or two drops of the perfume at his desk.
How to use it:
For mental work and mental fatigue use two drops in the diffuser or as body perfume. For sport: in order to prevent the muscular pains massage the muscles with a few drops of “Mental-sport” just before and after the training. The same is valid for stressed articulations (wrists, shoulders, ankles etc…).
For the strained or pulled muscle and articulation distortions immediately use “Mental-sport” in abundance on the injured parts without massaging. For swollen legs and ankles due to long standing position, friction 5 drops of “Mental-sport”. For the punctures of insects and burning wounds, spread one drop on the wounds.
“Mental-sport” is not a medicine one and does not replace medical cures when they are necessary. Avoid the contact with the eyes, if this happens, wash immediately with kitchen oil, NOT WITH WATER. Keep away from the reach of children.
